Our History
Alpha Chi Sigma History
Alpha Chi Sigma Fraternity was organized at the University of Wisconsin at Madison in late 1902 by a group of undergraduates who were fellow students in chemistry at the time. Later documents set the date of founding as December 11, 1902.

The Nobel Prize is a set of annual international awards bestowed in a number of categories in recognition of academic, cultural, and/or scientific advances. Alpha Chi Sigma is proud to include many Nobel Laureates as members, including Linus C. Pauling and Glenn T. Seaborg! HALL OF FAME INDUCTEES
The Alpha Chi Sigma Hall of Fame was established in 1982 to recognize outstanding members of the Fraternity and to publicize their contributions to the science and profession of chemistry.
